Reservations

To ensure availability, please make your reservation in advance. We accommodate walk-ins as our schedule allows. All appointments are held with a credit card. Appointments confirmed by telephone in advance. Guests arriving late will forfeit the missed portion of their scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we must charge 100% of reserved services for failure to keep your appointment if 24 hour notice is not given. All Spa Package appointments require a 48-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

Check-In

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to complete some forms your first visit. Sauna is available for use prior to your services. Please inform us of any medical condition, pregnancy, allergies, or medication that you are taking.

Gratuity

All spa treatments include the use of our facility, robes, slippers, and private lockers. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may leave a gratuity at the front desk for your technician. Gratuities are not permitted to be charged on credit cards.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

Gift Cards

The gift of relaxation is perfect for every occasion. There are no refunds on gift cards.

Group Parties

We can accommodate groups for special occasions such as birthdays, wedding parties, or anniversaries. Let us organize a relaxing spa day for your special group.

Full Service Day Spa for Men and Women

Conference Facilities, Special Events, & Group Parties

Gift Certificates, Retail Boutique, Corporate Incentive Programs, Steam Rooms, Limousine Service from Airport, Local Hotels and/or Special Events.

Lunch

Lunch Available by Request with 3 or more spa services per client.

All appointments secured with a credit card number (MC, VISA, or AMEX). Twenty-Four to Forty-Eight-hour notice is required for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments to avoid charges.
