Reservations

To ensure availability, please make your reservation in advance. We accommodate walk-ins as our schedule allows. Appointments are confirmed by telephone in advance. Guests arriving late will forfeit the missed portion of their scheduled services. Parties of two or more are required to secure appointments with a credit card, missed appointments will result in the full amount being charged to the card.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please be considerate of our commissioned service providers and notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-in

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You may be asked to complete some forms your first visit. Our steam room is available for use after your spa services. Please inform us of any medical condition, pregnancy, allergies, or medication that you are taking.

Gratuity

All spa treatments include the use of our facility, robes, slippers, and private lockers. Gratuity is not included in the price of our services. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may leave a gratuity at the front desk for your technician.

Credit Cards

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. CareCredit is accepted for medical services only.
